LIFE IS LIKE A RIVER

DAY THREE:
Today's Quote:
. “Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don’t lose faith.” Steve Jobs

What a beautiful day, thank you Lord for this day. My topic for today is “life is like a river”. First let's look at the definition of life. Life means the existence of an individual human being or animal. Back to the question, how do I see life? I see life like a river flowing on and on, always changing. Your life begins small, just like drops of rain which turns into small streams and eventually great rivers which flow into ocean.
From birth, we were not given a map or guideline on how to go about life. Because we are ignorant of this journey, we are bound to face challenges and obstacles. Living on earth requires that we must expect the unexpected and be prepared for the unknown. There is nothing you can do about it; it is the nature of life. In life, each of us will face some type of crisis and in most cases; we have no personal control over it. Sadly enough, we did not expect it and we couldn't  prevent it.

Like the river, there are periods of smooth and peaceful flow.  At other points there are massive floods, huge waterfalls, and raging rapids. The good thing what mentioning is that the flow never stops. It continues until the ocean is reached.

What you do, when challenges and obstacles reared their ugly heads? How do you recover when life gives you blow on the head or knock you down?

TO BE CONTINUED

MY WISH FOR YOU TODAY:
May your day be filled with God’s promises, dreams realized, Promises kept, goals met and an abundance of God’s richest blessings! See you tomorrow.

According to Ray Goforth, “There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world. Those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed” My advice for you today is that you should never stop believing in yourself. Today article will inspire and drive you to self-fulfillment and accomplishment. Rediscover and renew yourself. Have fun. FAILURE AND REJECTION, MAKES YOU STRONGER: In life, failure and rejection is a learning process instead of disappointment. Though as human, we fear failure and rejection but in reality every use of the word “no” is an opportunity to work harder and turn that “no” into “yes.” In the immortal words of Napoleon Hill, “One of the most causes of fa...

THE BEAUTY OF A RIVER

SEASON TWO: DAY FOUR: Today’s Quote: “Never insult an alligator until after you have crossed the river.”-Cordell Hull Oftentimes, the dark, unending, winding, confusing, trials and tribulations are simply disguised to a glorious path. No matter how dark is the night it will always break into day. Let’s keep hope alive. Happy new day and I hope it's getting to a great start. Welcome to day four of “Andy Omoregie Daily Inspirational Dose” THE BEAUTY OF A RIVER: When I was a child growing up in my hometown Benin-City, I used to go to the river in my village. That was the source of our daily water. I was always fascinated by the calmness and stillness of the river. It’s just there waiting, as people of all ages would gather to fetch water or play by the river. With this I totally agree with Hal Boyle when he said, “What makes a river so restful to people is that it doesn't have any doubt - it is sure to get where it is going, and it doesn't want to go anyw...
