THE EFFECT OF NEGATIVE THINKING:
Like it or not, you are what you are thinking. The path to joy, peace and love that we desire is within us. Your thoughts, emotions, and body sensation are are reflections of your inner feelings.
Most times, we are responsible for our own downfall. We are always self-criticizing and our thoughts are filled with negativity. This act blocks the opportunity for developing self confidence and it affect our well being, happiness and aspiration.
This impede the peace within you. In other for us to be confident and truly be happy in life, we must let positive thoughts fill our hearts. Positive thinking, creates a positive impact in your life. It create peace of mind and open you up to the possibility of a better tomorrow.
