LIFE IS A JOURNEY PART 2

DAY SIX:
Today?s Quote:
“Do what you can, where you are, with what you have.” Teddy Roosevelt

Welcome again to another lovely day. I believed, I have touched the lives of so many people since I started this blog, "Andy Omoregie Daily Blog" It was created to motivate, inform and elevate. Wao! Day six already, thanks to you all. Today, I have the second part of my article "Life is a Journey" hope you will find it interesting.

LIFE IS A JOURNEY PART 2:
The moment we are born into this world, life's journey begins. That's the simple truth. We are born into a world full of opportunity and with the ability to achieve anything. Like babies bursting with life and confidence, happy and totally free and the world is our oyster and eager to explore life big adventure. The journey begins and each time we fall over, we pick ourselves right back and just keep going, never worry of what people will think of us. So natural, you must agree with me.
In most cases, life's journey is endangered right from when we are babies and growing up. Life’s journey could be alter by our parents, teachers, government and media who will subject us to social conditions.
At early age, they told us that for you to succeed in life; you must get a good grade, go to university and get a good job. Then we must drive expensive cars, own a big house and wear designer clothes if we must be accepted in some circles. In Africa, where I come from, and this ideology have led people to engage in fast ways of making money and the end result, premature death and our prison been over congested.
Too bad if you must ask me. Sadly, we often hide our dreams and values in order to be accepted by others. When we grow into adulthood, we have created a whole belief system based on what we were told when we were growing up. Life shouldn't be so.
And before we know it, we live with this ideology throughout our lives. Some of us now live a false life and in fear of who truly they are. Then you find yourself being entirely different. You are sad because you could not get the fast car, the glamorous lifestyle and the big house. You now see yourself as a failure with no hope.

MY WISH FOR YOU TODAY:
My wish for you today is that your day becomes all that you want it to be. And above all, God gives you the strength and love to complete it.
See you tomorrow.

THE BEAUTY OF A RIVER

SEASON TWO: DAY FOUR: Today’s Quote: “Never insult an alligator until after you have crossed the river.”-Cordell Hull Oftentimes, the dark, unending, winding, confusing, trials and tribulations are simply disguised to a glorious path. No matter how dark is the night it will always break into day. Let’s keep hope alive. Happy new day and I hope it's getting to a great start. Welcome to day four of “Andy Omoregie Daily Inspirational Dose” THE BEAUTY OF A RIVER: When I was a child growing up in my hometown Benin-City, I used to go to the river in my village. That was the source of our daily water. I was always fascinated by the calmness and stillness of the river. It’s just there waiting, as people of all ages would gather to fetch water or play by the river. With this I totally agree with Hal Boyle when he said, “What makes a river so restful to people is that it doesn't have any doubt - it is sure to get where it is going, and it doesn't want to go anyw...

THE BEGINNING PART 1

SEASON TWO: DAY ONE: Today's Quote: “Life is an adventure of passion, risk, danger, laughter, beauty, love; a burning curiosity to go with the action to see what it is all about, to go search for a pattern of meaning, to burn one's bridges because you're never going to go back anyway, and to live to the end.” - Saul D. Alinsky First I want to thank all my loved ones and friends all over the world who have supported everything I have done throughout my career right from Nigeria when I began as a cartoonist. May God continue to protect and bless you all. Most of you guys know my story and how it all started. If this is the first time you are knowing me, I pray and hope you embrace and accept me for who I am and what I represent. Welcome to day one of Andy Omoregie Daily Inspirational Dose. THE BEGINNING PART ONE: During the course of my career, I found out there are many people out there who don't know what they want in life. I also discover that mos...
