WHAT DOESN’T KILL YOU WILL STRENGTHEN YOU

According to Martin Luther King Junior, "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." A lot of people are going through challenging times. The economic down-turn has affected people of all ages. Millions of people have lost their job. Many people have lost their homes and many have lost their loved ones. Times are hard. From time immemorial, economic depressions and recessions surely do cause hardship and suffering. Like they say fortune favours the bold. On the other hand economic depression also serves as catalysts for inspiration creativity. Hard times give you strength and fortify you for a better tomorrow. Like they say, “What doesn't kill you will strengthen you.” In life, we must learn to hustle. Those who made it “Big” didn't just sit down and do nothing. They went after every opportunity, they sacrificed comfort and success became the end result. The best qualification you need in life is hustling and it is the magical word that opens all doors. In the process of hustling you will fail many times. Don't give up, keep hustling and always remember that failing is essential to success. According to Henry Ford,"Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, only this time more wisely."

No matter how dark is the night it will always break into day. Let’s keep hope alive. Happy new day and I hope it's getting to a great start. Welcome to day four of “Andy Omoregie Daily Inspirational Dose” THE BEAUTY OF A RIVER: When I was a child growing up in my hometown Benin-City, I used to go to the river in my village. That was the source of our daily water. I was always fascinated by the calmness and stillness of the river. It’s just there waiting, as people of all ages would gather to fetch water or play by the river. With this I totally agree with Hal Boyle when he said, “What makes a river so restful to people is that it doesn't have any doubt - it is sure to get where it is going, and it doesn't want to go anyw...

THE BEGINNING PART 1

SEASON TWO: DAY ONE: Today's Quote: “Life is an adventure of passion, risk, danger, laughter, beauty, love; a burning curiosity to go with the action to see what it is all about, to go search for a pattern of meaning, to burn one's bridges because you're never going to go back anyway, and to live to the end.” - Saul D. Alinsky First I want to thank all my loved ones and friends all over the world who have supported everything I have done throughout my career right from Nigeria when I began as a cartoonist. May God continue to protect and bless you all. Most of you guys know my story and how it all started. If this is the first time you are knowing me, I pray and hope you embrace and accept me for who I am and what I represent. Welcome to day one of Andy Omoregie Daily Inspirational Dose. THE BEGINNING PART ONE: During the course of my career, I found out there are many people out there who don't know what they want in life. I also discover that mos...
